Information Technology Positions
TDF Corporation has career opportunities in the following areas:

Project Manager - Consults with management and reviews project proposals to determine goals, time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of resources. Develops project plans specifying goals, strategy, staffing, scheduling, identification of risks, contingency plans, and allocation of available resources. Formulates and defines technical scope and objectives of project. Identifies and schedules project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks. Coordinates recruitment or assignment of project personnel. Coordinates recruitment or assignment of project personnel including assignment of duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority. Directs and coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within budget. Establishes standards and procedures for project reporting and documentation. Reviews status reports prepared by project personnel and modifies schedules and plans as required. Prepares project status reports and keeps management, clients, and others informed of project status and related issues. Confers with project personnel to provide technical advice and resolve problems. Coordinates and responds to requests for changes from original specifications. Develops business processes that ensure developed application meets all project requirements. Develops and maintains technical and project documentation. Develops quality assurance test plans and directs quality assurance testing. Coordinates project activities with marketing, sales, engineering, operations, customer support, and client staff to ensure goals and requirements are met. Prepares and presents the statement of work and proposals for identified clients in conjunction with account management. Experience: At least ten years team management experience.

VB.Net Application Developer - The Application Programmer must have a working knowledge of all components of the Microsoft Visual Studio suite and the ability to interface (and develop interfaces) with MS SQL and Oracle databases, World Wide Web applications and Open Database Connection (ODBC) utilities. Application programmers must have solid oral and written communication skills and be able to write clear and effective software documentation. Five years of object-oriented application programming experience including requirements gathering, application design, and prototyping as well as at least two years of experience with software and regression testing and application implementation are required. At this level, Application Programmers must be able to advise and oversee Level I programmers and provide advice on matters of integration of packages/utilities developed and their interoperability and compatibility with the wide array of hardware and computer systems used on site. Experience: At least three years experience on .Net technology with Oracle databases.
