TDF History Ms. Claudia F. Fabela founded TDF Corporation in 1989. TDF was certified as an 8(a) business by the Small Business Administration in 1992. TDF is woman-owned, Hispanic-owned small business specializing in software development, system integration, automation solutions and logistics. TDF graduated from the 8(a) program in March 2001. Status TDF currently employs over 100 technology and logistics professionals at offices in Rock Island, IL at Rock Island Arsenal, at several depots including Letterkenny, Tooele, McAlester, Lexington-Blue Grass, Crane, Anniston, and several logistic support positions in Moorestown, NJ for the Logistics Modernization Program (LMP) with transportation/supply/inventory of ammunition expertise.
